Have you found a product from The Femave that you simply must have? Great!
Now, choose the color and/or size and click "Add to Cart."
Of course, you can continue shopping – you can always return to your cart by clicking the "shopping bag icon" in the top-right corner.
NOTE: Having products in your cart does not mean they are reserved.
Are you done shopping? Then it’s time to finalize your order. Click the "shopping bag icon" in the top-right corner to view your selected items. In the next screen, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will now be directed to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details on one page.
NOTE: Once you’ve completed your order, you cannot modify it because it will be processed immediately to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
The Femave covers the shipping costs. You do not pay for shipping.*
- You are responsible for covering shipping costs if you return a product yourself.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, all orders are shipped with a Track & Trace service. You can track your order via the order status page – you will receive a link to this page in your email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that it may take some time for the Track & Trace status to become available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
The Femave aims for fast and efficient delivery. If you place an order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, we strive to process it the same day. Many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, ensuring quick and reliable shipping.
Our Shipping Policy:
- Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 days.
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5–8 working days.
- All destinations: 6-10 working day(s)

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
If the package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at your local postal service point. You will also receive a notification from the courier, which will include the pickup location. After these 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided delivery address is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, leaving only a small window to correct a mistaken address. If you believe you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please report this. After 14 days from the stated delivery date, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or your local postal service will initiate an investigation. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
