If you received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email us at support@thefemave.com to discuss the matter further.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the shipping costs for the return. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days after we receive your package. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear used, opened, or not in their original condition.
How to Request a Return

Request a Return Form:
Download, print, and complete the return form if you do not already have it. You can request the form using the contact form below. -
Submit the Form and Photos:
Send the completed return form along with a photo of the items you wish to return to support@thefemave.com via email. -
Prepare Your Return:
Once your return is approved, make sure your package is properly packed and meets all the conditions below. Clearly mark “Return” on the outer packaging of your parcel. Use an insured tracked service to ensure your package reaches us safely. -
Send Your Package:
Email your tracking details to support@thefemave.com to confirm your shipment.
Return Policy and Instructions
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
- Ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Make sure all return packages are sent with a tracked, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Ensure your return form has been approved – returns without approval may not be processed.

Ship Your Items:
Send the items along with the completed return form. Include a Track & Trace code in the package. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we aim to avoid misunderstandings. -
Receive Your Refund:
Once we receive your package, we will process your refund and ensure the amount is credited to your bank account within five business days.
